WHAT WILL YOUR COLOUR HEALING AND
HEALTH CONSULTATION INVOLVE?

Whatever you as an individual need. Hands on Healing, Bodywork, Consultation, Flower Remedies, Metamorphic Technique - you choose your colours and we will go from there.

Colour is a non-intrusive, self-selective soul therapy. ‘You are the colours that you choose’ said Vicky Wall, creator of Aura-Soma Colour.

A colour, healing and health consultation gives us as individuals an opportunity to recognise our true selves at a very deep level, to become aware of the many gifts we have to offer and the challenges we have chosen to face and overcome. It is a light and positive therapy and is suitable for all.

When coming for a consultation, you will be invited to choose rainbow coloured bottles from a selection of up to one hundred - the bottles that you are most attracted to. This is an important part of the consultation, where you as an individual take responsibility for your choice, the practitioner will then help you explore what has been revealed through your colour selection.

Your colour choices gets to the heart of an issue, it can assist in accessing your potential and help correct subtle imbalances that underlie dis-harmony. A consultation focuses on positive awareness – it does not diagnose or treat, but it can gently pin point areas of the body, mind and spirit that are in need of love and attention – your love and attention.

Depending on the situation, hands on healing might be offered as part of your experience and there will be positive and practical suggestions to help you move things forward.

Follow up mini consultations will generally be offered on a donation basis & gift vouchers are available

Follow up sessions will provide an opportunity for support and discussion after a period of working with the suggestions of choice. It may then be relevant to offer different aspects of gentle energy work depending on individual need. New colours may be chosen at this time.

Sue Shattock has been actively working with colour, energy, healing and light for 13 years and teaches to advanced level. She has a background in creative writing and television production. Sue practices yoga , is a helper and trustee for the charity New Approaches to Cancer and a practitioner of the Metamorphic Technique. She is happy to travel both in the UK and abroad to teach courses & give group consultations & talks on invitation.
